Hey guys! Long time no see.

Just a brief update on life:
My anxiety is through the roof and I average at about 5 attacks per week. We're dealing with it slowly and things are getting better, but it's still tough to get things done. When it comes to commissions or gift work I feel like I need to perfect every little detail, and it has been inhibiting my ability to get things done as quickly as I used to.
The testosterone treatment is treating me wonderfully! My voice is finally leveled out and I don't get many voice cracks anymore. I'm passing a lot easier now (don't even need to wear my binder most of the time now) and people are great about everything. Am hoping to get the hysterectomy this summer.

The business is going well. Though there is the issue with my anxiety and producing things for people, I'm fighting through it. I've been really happy with my most recent costume stuff, and I'm a lot more confident when it comes to my artwork.

Overall I think I'm pretty happy. c8 Thought I should update my dA and let you know that I'm not dead or anything.

Hey guys! Been a while since my last journal. ^^


So, it's been a month since I've started T yesterday. Only notable differences are:
-I smell different
-MUSTACHE IS FORMING FUCK YEAH
-voice cracking/I don't need to try to make it passable anymore
-body hair is a bit darker, but not any thicker
-My head-hair grew a lot. O.o
-also holyfucksexdrivewhat

Everyone's been super helpful and supportive. XD It's great. I've done the shot myself the last couple of weeks. Mom was impressed I didn't hesitate or anything when I did it the first time. I don't really understand why she was so surprised though. Like, I've done worse to myself intending to hurt myself. It's pretty easy to just prick myself to help me along in my transition. I don't even.

Butyeah. Voice cracking. XD I'm super squeaky. All of my guy friends are just like "HAHA NOW YOU KNOW WHAT I HAD TO GO THROUGH." ;.;

And then I poke them in the sides and they squeak like little girls.

Going to start vacuforming stuff soon. 8D Am doing the sculpts for two masks this month. Not revealing what they'll be here until they're finished.

Boyfriend booked our room for AN a couple weeks ago~ We're getting tickets the day they're available. 8D Am super excited and have a lot of stuff planned for it. This'll be my first Anime North, so am really ecstatic and can't wait to go. If it's anything like Fan Expo I'm sure I'll have a blast. c8

Aaaaand I've been sick as a dog all this week. My brain's all over the place. I've been dealing with a cold, severe abdominal pain, and severe back pain and migraines since Tuesday. Blah. 8c

Butyeah. I've been feeling a lot better about myself since I started the T. It was a really big step in the transition and I was surprised that it'd come so soon. I'm happy it did, though. I don't think I've ever felt so confident about who I am and stuff. It's just really nice to look in the mirror and not hate what I see for once.

Also top hats make me look like a sexy beast. I don't care what anyone says, they make me feel like a boss and noone can take that away from me.
